Why Delivery Matters: The Science Behind The Nude PDRN + GHK-Cu Ice Facial™

The study used a fluorescently labeled peptide as its marker rather than PDRN or GHK-Cu specifically, so it should not be interpreted as proving an identical percentage increase for every ingredient. What it does demonstrate is the underlying principle behind the treatment: creating controlled microchannels and pairing them with TargetCool can substantially increase the delivery of an active molecule through human skin compared with simply applying it to the surface.

The researchers noted particularly consistent evidence for accelerated repair and re-epithelialization, while also emphasizing that larger and more standardized clinical trials are still needed.

GHK-Cu: The Copper Peptide Connected to Remodeling

GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper-binding tripeptide that has been studied for decades because of its relationship with tissue remodeling.
