ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Our Commitment
Nude Medical Group, P.C. and Nude Medical Aesthetics, Inc., doing business as Nude Medical Aesthetics ("we," "us," or "the Practice"), are committed to ensuring that our website, www.nudemedical.com (the "Website"), is accessible to people with disabilities. We want everyone who visits the Website to feel welcome and to be able to access our information and services. We view digital accessibility as an ongoing effort and a core part of providing equal access to our care and our business.

Conformance Standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities. We are also working to align with the more recent WCAG 2.2 success criteria as part of our continued improvement.

These standards reflect our good-faith effort to provide accessible digital services consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the California Unruh Civil Rights Act.

Measures We Take
To support accessibility of the Website, we work to:

  • Build and maintain the Website using accessible design practices aligned with WCAG 2.1 AA.

  • Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and non-text content.

  • Support keyboard navigation and logical reading order.

  • Use sufficient color contrast and resizable text.

  • Label forms, buttons, and interactive elements for assistive technologies.

  • Review accessibility when we add new content, features, or third-party tools.

  • Consider accessibility in our vendor and platform selection.

Compatibility
The Website is designed to be compatible with current versions of major web browsers and with commonly used assistive technologies, including screen readers and screen-magnification tools, when used with a current operating system. Accessibility may be limited on older browsers or assistive technologies that do not support current web standards.

Known Limitations and Ongoing Work
Despite our efforts, some content on the Website may not yet be fully accessible. Areas that can present challenges include:

  • Content, plug-ins, scheduling tools, payment processors, or other features provided by third parties that we do not fully control.

  • Documents or media uploaded over time that are still being reviewed and remediated.

We are actively working to identify and resolve these issues, and we monitor the Website on an ongoing basis. If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, we want to hear about it so we can address it.

How to Request Help or Report a Barrier
If you have difficulty accessing any part of the Website, or if you need information or services in an alternative format, please contact us. We welcome your feedback and will make reasonable efforts to provide the information, service, or accommodation you need through an accessible alternative method, such as by phone, email, or in person.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within three (3) business days and to work with you toward a prompt resolution.

Alternative Access to Our Services
You do not need to use the Website to do business with us. You may schedule appointments, ask questions, request pricing, and receive information about our products and services by contacting us directly at the phone number, email, or address above during our business hours. We are glad to assist you through whichever method works best for you.

Assessment and Continuous Improvement
We assess the accessibility of the Website through a combination of internal review and, as appropriate, evaluation with the assistance of qualified third parties. Because the Website and the technologies that support it change over time, we treat accessibility as an ongoing process rather than a one-time event, and we review this statement and our practices periodically.

Formal Concerns
If you have raised an accessibility concern with us and believe it has not been adequately resolved, you may escalate it by contacting us in writing at the mailing address above marked to the attention of our Accessibility Coordinator. We take such concerns seriously and will review them in good faith.

This statement reflects our commitment and current practices and does not waive or limit any rights you may have under applicable law, including the Americans with Disabilities Act and the California Unruh Civil Rights Act.
