The Nude Renewal by 3DMIRACL®

What if part of your skin-health plan could begin with the cells you have today?

At Nude Medical Aesthetics, Acorn cell banking introduces a new way to think about personalized care. A small collection of hair follicles becomes a source of living cells that can be preserved and used to create your own YOU™ Secretome, a topical product made from the signals your cells release.

It brings a deeply personal starting point to regenerative aesthetics: your own biology. Here is how the process works, what it means for your skin-care plan, and why preserving cells deserves a thoughtful conversation.

What Cell Banking Preserves

Your visit begins with the collection of approximately 50 hair follicles. The process is needle-free and does not require an incision or stitches. You can return to your day afterward, although plucking can cause brief discomfort or scalp tenderness.

Acorn then assesses the sample for viability and cryogenically stores the cells at −196°C. This ultra-low temperature pauses cellular metabolism, preserving the collected cells for later use.

The purpose is to retain a biological resource from the time of collection. For someone thinking carefully about aging well, that can become part of a longer-term plan alongside the care they choose for their skin today.

Understanding Your Personal Secretome

Cells communicate by releasing biological signals. The collection of substances they secrete is called a secretome, which can include growth factors, cytokines and extracellular vesicles such as exosomes.

To make YOU™ Secretome, Acorn cultures a portion of your collected cells and gathers and concentrates their secretions. The resulting topical product is cell-free. It contains substances produced by your cells rather than living stem cells themselves.

This is what makes the product personal: its source is you. Acorn is studying its topical use alongside aesthetic procedures, with an interest in skin appearance and recovery. The science is evolving, and your provider will discuss realistic expectations for your treatment.

How Nude Builds Your Treatment Plan

At Nude, the Secretome protocol pairs your personalized product with Exceed® Medical Microneedling and TargetCool® precision cooling.

Microneedling creates controlled micro-injuries that encourage the skin’s remodeling response. TargetCool® brings precision cooling to the treatment experience. Your provider determines the appropriate approach, timing and aftercare for your skin.

Your Secretome is generally ready about 60 days after collection. That interval gives us time to plan your appointments and discuss what to expect. Collection and microneedling are separate experiences; the minimal interruption associated with hair collection does not mean your treatment sessions have no recovery.

The Nude Regenerative Ritual™

The Nude Regenerative Ritual™ brings the process together in one package, including:

  • Collection of approximately 50 hair follicles at Nude Medical Aesthetics.

  • Cultivation of your personal YOU™ Secretome through Acorn.

  • One year of cryogenic cell storage.

  • Three Exceed® Medical Microneedling sessions with your YOU™ Secretome and TargetCool®.

The Ritual is $4,750, or $3,800 for BENUDE® members. Cell storage renews at $190 annually after the included first year.

You may purchase the Ritual directly, with candidacy confirmed by your provider. A consultation is also available if you would prefer to explore the science and ask questions before choosing your next step.

Preserving Cells as Research Progresses

Cell banking also raises an intriguing question: what might these cells make possible in the future?

Researchers are exploring how adult cells can be reprogrammed into induced pluripotent stem cells, or iPSCs, which can develop into many different cell types. Acorn’s research interests include future applications in tissue repair and other areas of regenerative medicine.

These possibilities remain investigational. Banking cells does not guarantee access to a future treatment, prevent disease or establish that a therapy will be appropriate for you. Nude does not offer iPSC therapies. Future uses depend on research, regulatory approval and individual medical suitability.

Begin With Your Skin and Your Questions

Whether you are approaching cell banking proactively or discovering it later in life, your questions deserve individual attention. Age alone does not determine suitability; your provider can help you understand the collection process, the current Secretome offering and the ongoing commitment to storage.

At our Downtown Napa flagship, we make room for that conversation. Explore Bank Your Youth or book The Nude Regenerative Consultation to see how cell banking and personalized skin care might fit your goals.

Secretome itself is not FDA-approved. Individual results and timelines vary. Cell collection, analysis and storage are provided through Acorn Biolabs.
